Privacy statement

When you send a request, we store your name, email address, phone number, your note and what you rent.

To prevent abuse we store a hashed version of your IP address, which can't be used to identify you.

We only use your data to handle your request: getting in touch, confirming the rental and keeping our records.

We keep data of completed rentals for 7 years, as Dutch law requires for bookkeeping. Requests that don't go ahead are deleted within 1 year.

We never sell your data. The website and email run at Hostinger. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam; Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser for that.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your rental list and your light/dark theme choice are only stored in your own browser.

You can view, correct or delete your data. Email info@hrsoundservice.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
