Rental terms

A request through the website is not yet a final rental. The rental is confirmed once we've confirmed your request by phone, WhatsApp or email.

You must be 18 or older to rent, and you show valid ID at pick-up.

All prices are in euros, including VAT. The rental price is made up of a price for the first day and a price per extra day. Pick up on day 1 and return on day 2, and that's one rental day.

You pay the rent and deposit at pick-up.

Most items need a deposit. You get it back when everything is returned on time, complete and undamaged.

In case of damage, missing parts or late return we may deduct the costs from the deposit.

Pick-up and return happen at the agreed time at our address in Amsterdam Zuid. We don't deliver.

If you return the gear later than agreed, we charge the extra-day price for every day or part of a day.

Use the gear carefully and for its intended purpose. Protect it from rain, moisture and drinks, even if a speaker is splash-proof.

Do not rent out or lend the gear to anyone else.

Mind smoke detectors and fire alarms when using smoke machines: costs of a false alarm are your responsibility.

From pick-up until return you are responsible for the gear. You pay repair costs for damage, and the replacement value for loss or theft.

Report damage or problems as soon as possible, and we'll help find a solution.

Want to cancel? Let us know as soon as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email. As long as you haven't picked anything up, you pay nothing.

We test all gear before every rental. If something doesn't work, contact us straight away. Our liability is limited to the rental amount.
